These digital downloads are delivered in an A4 format as a ZIP file, containing both printable and fillable versions for your convenience.
To open your files:

Apple (iPhone/iPad): Open the Files app, locate the ZIP file, then tap it once - your device will automatically create a new folder with the extracted contents.

Android: Open My Files (or Files by Google), find the ZIP file, then tap Extract or Unzip. If you don’t see that option, install a free app such as ZArchiver or WinZip from the Play Store.

Desktop (Windows or Mac): Locate the downloaded ZIP file in your Downloads folder, then right-click → Extract All (Windows) or double-click (Mac) to automatically unzip the folder and access your files.
Once extracted, you can open, print, or save your preferred version.
