Shipping of Digital Products
All Mistakes Matter® resources are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive:
*An instant download link on the checkout confirmation page if purchased through the Printables Store.
*A confirmation email containing a secure link to access your files.
Delivery is immediate, though in some cases emails may take up to 10 minutes. If you don’t see your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or search for messages from mistakesmatter.com.au
All digital products are provided in PDF format. Please ensure you have the correct software (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) and a suitable device to open these files before purchasing.
Refund Policy
Mistakes Matter® products are delivered instantly as digital files, and as such, all sales are final and non-refundable. Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once purchased.
If you encounter a genuine technical issue (such as a corrupted file or broken download link), email us at contact@mistakesmatter.com.au within 7 days of purchase. You must provide your original order confirmation as proof of purchase. Verified issues will be resolved by providing a replacement file. Please note that replacement files are issued only once, and repeated requests for the same product will not be honoured.
